8. Shelf life

Recruitment:

  • 2 years of active duty

  • then 3 years in the archives (for the purpose of handling any potential disputes)

Upon completion: deletion or anonymization.

9. Recipients of the data

The data is accessible only:

  • to authorized internal teams (HR, administrative, sales)

  • to technical service providers acting as subcontractors

No data is sold to third parties.

10. Transfers outside the European Union

In the event of a transfer outside the EU, SQUAD Group implements appropriate safeguards:
