Our Vision: Responsible and Human-Centered Cybersecurity
At Squad, our responsibility extends beyond financial performance.
Because our mission is to protect organizations, we firmly believe that sustainable cybersecurity can only be responsible, ethical, and human-centered.
To achieve this goal, we are rolling out a new Group CSR Strategy for 2026–2031, structured around three complementary pillars: our employees, the environment, and responsible cybersecurity. This roadmap sets out our priorities for action and the objectives that will guide our development over the coming years.
Recognized and Measurable Commitments
Our CSR policy is based on measurable goals, long-term management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
In 2025, the EcoVadis and CyberVadis assessments confirmed the maturity of our approach. Squad ranks among the top 3% of companies evaluated by EcoVadis in its industry and among the top 6% of companies globally. We also received the CyberVadis Platinum Medal, demonstrating the strength of our commitments to ethics, responsibility, and information security.

Our Employees: Nurturing Talent in an Inclusive Environment
At Squad, our employees are our greatest asset and the driving force behind our success, because our expertise relies first and foremost on the talented individuals who make up our teams. Our goal is to enable everyone to reach their full potential in an inclusive, stimulating, and respectful work environment.
Our CSR strategy aims to enhance the appeal of our business lines, develop skills, promote diversity, and ensure equal opportunities throughout employees' careers.
This commitment is already yielding tangible results:
- more than28,000 hours of training completed in 2025;
- an employment rate for people with disabilities of more than4 percent, which has been rising steadily since 2021;
- Women make up 19% of the workforce, a percentage higher than the average in the cybersecurity field;
- AnÉgapro Index score of 95/100 forseveral years, reflecting our commitment to professional equality between women and men.
Squad has strengthened its commitments through:
- A partnership with the Cybersecurity Women's Circle (CEFCYS) since 2022;
- The signing of the Parenting Charter in 2024;
- The signing of the Diversity Charter in 2026.
Because expertise is built over time, we continue to invest heavily in training and skills development, workplace well-being, and the inclusion of all talent.
Environment: Taking Action to Reduce Our Carbon Footprint
In light of climate challenges, we are committed to measuring, managing, and reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
Since 2019, Squad has conducted a comprehensive carbon assessment each year covering all of its direct and indirect emissions (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), and since 2024, this assessment has been conducted in accordance with the GHG Protocol’s international methodology.
In 2025, our carbon footprint will be:
- 2,988 metric tons of CO₂e in total;
- 78 tCO₂e for Scope 1;
- 6.7 tCO₂e for Scope 2;
- 2,903 tCO₂e for Scope 3.
Our goal is clear: to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030 compared to 2025, following a trajectory aligned with scientific recommendations aimed at limiting global warming to 1.5°C.
To achieve this goal, we are taking action in areas such as employee mobility (Sustainable Mobility Allowance, vehicle fleet, remote work, etc.) and responsible digital practices (optimizing our IT infrastructure, eco-designing our services, reducing our energy consumption, etc.). We raise awareness among our teams about CSR issues and best practices in responsible digital practices, and we collaborate with committed partners to help the sector evolve toward a more sustainable model.
Responsible Cybersecurity: Protecting with Ethics and by Setting an Example
As a leading player in cybersecurity, we have a major responsibility: to ensure the effective and ethical protection of data and infrastructure.
Beyond protecting information systems, we are committed to conducting our business in a responsible, transparent, and ethical manner. This commitment guides our governance practices, data protection, information security, and our relationships with all of our stakeholders.
Our third strategic pillar aims to promote responsible cybersecurity based on ethics, compliance, and digital trust.
This commitment is based, in particular, on:
- ISO 27001 certification, the international standard for information security management;
- compliance with theGDPR's requirements for the protection of personal data;
- an ethics and compliance policy that applies to the entire Group;
- a process of continuous improvement in the areas of security, governance, and risk management.
