OT/IoT Cybersecurity Expert (M/F)
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the establishment of cybersecurity practices dedicated to operational technologies (OT) and the Internet of Things (IoT) in order to improve the security maturity of its industrial control systems (ICS).
As an OT/IoT security expert, you will be responsible for overseeing cybersecurity projects related to OT/IoT.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide advice on security technologies, requirements, and processes in the context of OT/IoT implementation and integration projects.
- Work closely with architects, infrastructure teams, developers, and business unit stakeholders to define internal policies and documentation related to OT/IoT security.
- Support the development of the OT/IoT security design framework for new technology solutions with the cybersecurity governance team.
- Conduct security initiatives to secure industrial control systems (ICS)
- Determine the OT/IoT security requirements necessary to deliver services securely by assessing business strategies and threats.
- Implement continuous OT/IoT security monitoring and compliance in accordance with best practices and regulations, as well as provide project guidance to assist with the implementation of cybersecurity governance team recommendations.

Strong knowledge of industry standards and information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST 800-53, NIST SP 800-82
Knowledge and experience of risk assessment approaches and methodologies
You have in-depth knowledge (design, commissioning, or maintenance) of OT architectures, supervision systems such as SCADA, EMS, DCS, and control devices such as PLCs, controllers, IEDs, etc.
You have experience with industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus TCP, HART, Profinet, etc.)
You are aware of the trends and threats in information security facing industrial control systems and connected objects.
Your knowledge of industrial security solutions such as Nozomi, Claroty, Palo Alto IoT, etc., is an asset.
Ideally, you hold one or more of the following certifications: IEC 62443, CSSA, Lead Scada Security Manager, SABSA, GICSP, GCIP, GRID, CISSP, CISM
