As part of the growth of our Swiss agency, we are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security tools and processes as part of continuous software development and deployment.
- Integrate security into the various phases of the application or software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, and deployment).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats and implement the necessary measures to address them with our clients.
- Automate security tasks to accelerate testing and deployments.
- Monitor production systems and applications to detect intrusions, vulnerabilities, and security incidents.
- Evaluate and select the appropriate security tools to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Location
Skills
Master's degree from a prestigious engineering school. Specialization in infrastructure and/or development is a plus.
You participate in defining and implementing DevSecOps processes, measures, and tools.
You will work closely with the platform developers to help them develop their DevSecOps skills and autonomy and integrate security control tools into their CI/CD.
You define, implement, and maintain a DevSecOps dashboard.
You monitor IT security indicators and investigate alerts.
You manage the handling and resolution of IT security incidents/vulnerabilities in conjunction with the development teams.
You are responsible for IT security monitoring for the entire platform.
You prepare and lead a monthly IT operational security committee meeting with the products.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
