Today, the consulting and expertise agency is considered a Great Place to Work, with 350 experts in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital technology. With locations in six cities, the first agency was established in Paris in 2011, followed shortly thereafter by new agencies in Nice, Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse, Lyon, and now Rennes. The company, which is growing at a rapid pace, achieved 1042% growth in five years, earning it the Deloitte FAST 50 French and Deloitte Fast 500 EMEA awards.
Eric Guillerm tells us a little more about Squad's projects and the Rennes agency.
Why is Squad opening an office in Rennes?
The western region is one of the most dynamic in France. Several of our major clients are based in the region and have asked us to support them there.
Finally, I myself was born in Brittany (Brest) and grew up and completed part of my studies in Rennes. I am therefore well placed to understand the potential and quality of life in Rennes.
What are the agency's primary objectives in Rennes?
Offer our expertise to key accounts in the western region.
What are the prospects for Squad?
Squad aims to maintain its profitable growth while strengthening its expertise and providing its employees with a comfortable working environment and promising career prospects.
We have no intention of slowing down our growth: we will more than double in size over the next four years.
Squad's major projects, particularly with regard to recruitment?
The return to growth is leading to a shortage of available workers. We must therefore make ourselves highly attractive so that the best people continue tojoin us. In particular, we will support Bretons in the Paris region who wish to return to their roots.
The pride of Squad
Having over 92% of employees at Squad who are satisfied and 96% of former employees who say they would return if the opportunity arose.
A quote that stays with you?
Where there's a will, there's a way.
Squad's philosophy?
Expertise and fulfillment. To uphold this philosophy, we are developing technical tribes within Squad, interdisciplinary exchanges (Mix Your Talent), and employee satisfaction management. A Chief Happiness Officer, reporting to the Executive Management, has just been appointed to ensure these values are upheld.
Why should you come to Squad? What sets Squad apart from the competition?
Expertise, Progress, Training, Well-being at work, Respect, Ethics—these are the values we practice every day. The question is rather, whywouldn't I joinSquad?
Will other agencies be created?
We are currently looking into the possibility of setting up in Lille or Strasbourg. In addition, with our six existing branches, we continue to support our customers throughout the country.
