In July 2022, all Squad employees were struck by terrible news with the death of Joanne Finelli following a sudden illness. A major contributor to the development of Squad and a figurehead of the Squad#Spirit, we are paying tribute to her by renaming our training organization the " Joanne Finelli Academy."
The embodiment of Squad#Spirit
A historic figure at Squad, Joanne perfectly embodied the Squad spirit, combining high standards, kindness, resilience, and fun. With her outstanding personal qualities, Joanne was also an excellent professional. Her career at Squad is an example for all Squad members.
She joined Squad in January 2013 as a recruitment intern. She then progressed steadily, becoming a Resource Manager, then a Business Manager, before reaching the position of Director of the Aix-en-Provence agency. She was one of the first to join the very select circle of managers who are shareholders in the company.
Joanne has always put the public interest first, participating in numerous projects and contributing her intelligence, insight, and strong character.
Joanne Finelli Academy
In agreement with his family, we have decided to rename our training program for Managers and Recruiters Squad. on its behalf: Joanne Finelli Academy. As the initiator of the training programs for newcomers, Joanne has always been committed to helping them integrate, passing on the Squad#Spirit and bringing them along on this adventure.
Integration, transmission, and development of skills are three values that are important to Joanne, to whom we would like to pay tribute.
