By acquiring SCASSI's expertise, the SQUAD group—one of France's leading cybersecurity companies with nearly €100 million in revenue and 850 employees—is continuing its development plan launched in December 2020, which aims to make it a European leader in cybersecurity by the end of 2026, a European leader in cybersecurity by the end of 2026, with €150 million in revenue and 1,200 talented employees.
Alongside SQUAD, SCASSI, a company founded in 2005 by Laurent Pelud and headed by Pierre Nicolas, is recognized as one of the most expert companies in the world of cybersecurity for critical and embedded systems. It aims to accelerate its "key account" commercial strategy at the national and international level, invest significantly in its human development, and roll out new offerings.
To achieve this, it will be able to rely on SQUAD's 10 local agencies (Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, Sophia Antipolis, Toulouse, Nantes, Rennes, Montreal, Geneva).

The arrival of SCASSI within SQUAD expands the Group's range of cybersecurity services. It now extends its capacity to provide a full range of cybersecurity services, from 24/7 managed services to cybersecurity audits on IT and OT issues, which complement the Group's existing services, including strategic consulting, architecture, solution integration, incident detection and response, penetration testing, application security, DevSecOps, and solution operation.
Strategically, this acquisition will also result in SCASSI CEO Pierre NICOLAS acquiring a stake in SQUAD. He will also join the SQUAD Group Management Committee.
