The Squad Group, a leading player in cybersecurity, announces the appointment of Anne-Sophie
Schvartz as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
This appointment comes at a time of rapid growth and transformation for the company, marked by several external growth operations, a strengthening of its presence in France, and sustained international expansion.
In her new role, Anne-Sophie will play a key role in the strategic development of the
Group. Her mission will be to ensure sound and sustainable financial management, guaranteeing the
performance of the company and its compliance with accounting and tax standards. She will also support Squad in its growth and acquisition strategy, while strengthening dialogue with shareholders and financial partners.
As a member of the Executive Committee, she will contribute directly to the strategic direction of the Group
alongside the General Management.
Anne-Sophie holds a Master's degree in Finance from ISC Paris and has solid experience
acquired in large international companies such as Novell, Accenture, PTC, Adecco, and
Salesforce, where she held various financial management positions.
