For the second year in a row, we have achieved a score of 95/100 on the Egapro index, the national indicator that evaluates companies on their gender equality policies.
This consistency reflects our ongoing efforts to promote fairness, value all talents, and ensure an inclusive work environment. We are continuing our commitment through concrete actions and increasingly ambitious policies.
The Egapro index, established by the French government, represents a key milestone in measuring and encouraging companies' efforts to reduce pay gaps and promote professional equality. It thus encourages organizations to adopt increasingly responsible practices.
At Squad, this commitment translates into action on the ground, notably alongside CEFCYS (Cercle des Femmes de la Cybersécurité, or Women in Cybersecurity Circle) and through our work in schools. We are working to make cybersecurity more inclusive by promoting women in the sector and highlighting the role models who enrich our teams.
