With this announcement, Squad Cybersolutions is now positioned as the integration and MSSP entity of the Squad Group. This change marks a key step in the Group's strategy to develop and unify its expertise.
Since its acquisition by Squad in December 2023, Newlode has contributed significantly to the Group's growth and complemented its expertise and portfolio of offerings.
Today, the Squad Group covers 100% of the cyber spectrum, has a thousand employees, and generates €125 million in revenue.
This name change is part of the Group's desire to unify and strengthen the Squad brand.
It supports the development of a clear and consistent brand that makes its offerings easier to understand. It also helps accelerate Squad's growth in the market, where 85% of its revenue is generated by major CAC 40 and SBF 120 accounts.

Apart from this rebranding, Squad Cybersolutions retains its management, teams, and premises.
The first major step in this name change: Techlab by Newlode, a key player at the Monaco conference, becomes Techlab by Squad.
